I’ve been hearing more and more about Twitter lately, so I decided to take some initiative and check it out because I had no idea what it was. (Judge me if you will) And now, thanks to Wikipedia and some other articles, I know what it is… a little bit. Maybe everyone else in the world knew about this service, but it is all new to me. Apparently you can send out messages from the site informing your “friends” of what you’re doing at any given time. It is probably a little more complicated than that (maybe not?) but that’s what I’m getting from what I’m reading. Honestly, I find that a little bit creepy. I wouldn’t want everyone to know what I was doing all of the time; however, I suppose it would be helpful for people with a lot of business contacts and importance. I doubt many people care that I’m in class, going out of town, doing homework…etc. Its amazing how much we work to stay in contact with one another.
